Put on your favorite bra that you that feel the most comfortable in and gives your breasts the best shape.
2
Measure your band size. Wrap a measuring tape around your ribcage just below your breasts. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the ground to ensure the most accurate measurement. Round any fractional measurement number to the nearest whole number. If the number is even, add 4 inches. If the number is odd, add 5 inches. If you measured 32 inches, your band size would be 36 inches.
3
Measure your cup size. Stand straight with your arms at your side. Wrap a measuring tape around your body at the fullest part of your bust. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the ground. If the number is a fraction, round to the nearest whole number.
4
Calculate your bra size. Subtract the band measurement (step 1) from the cup measurement (step 2). A rule of thumb, for every inch in difference from your band and cup measurements, the cup goes up by one size. Example: Band size is 36 inches and bust measurement is 38 inches; 38 minus 36 equals 2 (2 inches equals "B" cup from Bra Conversion Chart). The perfect bra size and fit for you is 36B.
