Consider wearing a top with support. Many tops and dresses, especially tank-top-like blouses or halter tops come with built in shelf bras. Check your clothes. If you are going out without a bra, get dressed, then jump in place, walk back and forth in front of the mirror and bend over. Make sure you can't see your breasts through your shirt. If you don't like what you see, don't go braless.
